Our Rental Policy

 

Item Reservation

All rental items are in clean condition for immediate use. Please check our rental policy as noted on this page. Prices are subject to change without notice. Our goal is to make your next Social or Corporate event memorable without tears. 20% of total amount is required to reserve your order, balance due at pickup. We also encourage 5-7 business days for availability and readiness.

Delivery Of Rental Items

Delivery is available for a fee depending on location. Additional charges may be incurred for up or down stairs to unload. Also customer needs to check item at pickup to report any discrepancy otherwise forfeit deposit if not already reported. Id & Credit card are needed as deposit for rental (Not charged, except for damages or loss)

 

Pickup & Return Of Rental Items

All items should be cleared thoroughly of food remnants. Mesh bags will be provided for Linens. All items should be stacked up ready for pickup the same location as delivery.

 

Waiter & Event Cleaning Services Offered

Setup food area. Fill and Refill chafers with food from individual coolers as needed. Place drinks and ice in provided coolers. Ensure orderliness at food table during menu time. Keep food area clean at all times during hours of reservation. Clean-up all food related stuff and place all trash bags at dumpster. Cleaning and clearing will begin1 1/2 /hr before end of reservation time to be able to finish on time. We promise to ensure guests satisfaction. Chafer to be provided by client otherwise rental is available.

 

Extra Services Provided

Set-up & Tear down of Chairs and tables. Clean all coolers and chafing dishes after event. We will provide our own cleaning items, if venue or clients does not already have. Thoroughly clearing and cleaning of Event Facility. ***Please ensure facility has a dumpster***.

Cancellation

We require five business days prior to event date to receive a full refund of deposit otherwise deposit will be forfeited.

Waiter Reservation

For successful reservations, we require 50% deposit and minimum of five hrs. Additional charges are incurred for each additional server, if more than minimum is required.

Wavier

** We are not responsible for any guest accident as a result of wet or slippery Floor in the course of our waiting on guest and cleaning.**
